  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Used or physically damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products damaged by customer misuse.
  • Items without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products returned after the allowed return period.
  • Accessories with physical damage or water damage.

  • Share clear pictures or video of the issue.
  • Our team will verify the complaint before approval.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back safely.

♻ Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for defective or incorrect products only.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
  • Customers may need to pay return courier charges in some cases.

  • Any warranty, guarantee, replacement, or claim related to mobiles, accessories, smart watches, earbuds, chargers, cables, or any other product will be handled directly by the respective company or brand.
  • Madina Mobile is not responsible for company warranty approvals, manufacturing faults, software issues, or brand service policies.
  • PTA approval, PTA taxes, SIM functionality, mobile registration, or any PTA-related issue or claim will be handled only by PTA and the respective company.
  • Customers are strongly advised to verify PTA status, warranty details, and official specifications before placing an order.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees that Madina Mobile acts only as a seller/reseller and not as the official warranty provider or PTA authority.
Important: Madina Mobile will not be responsible for company warranty claims, PTA approvals, PTA taxes, or any official brand-related service matters.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
  • Approved refunds may take 3–7 working days.
  • Refund method depends on original payment method.
