- Approved returns must be shipped back safely.
♻ Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available for defective or incorrect products only.
- Replacement depends on stock availability.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
- Customers may need to pay return courier charges in some cases.

- Madina Mobile is not responsible for company warranty approvals, manufacturing faults, software issues, or brand service policies.
- PTA approval, PTA taxes, SIM functionality, mobile registration, or any PTA-related issue or claim will be handled only by PTA and the respective company.
- Customers are strongly advised to verify PTA status, warranty details, and official specifications before placing an order.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees that Madina Mobile acts only as a seller/reseller and not as the official warranty provider or PTA authority.

💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
- Approved refunds may take 3–7 working days.
