Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted for products purchased directly from Madina Mobileβs physical branches or through our official website madinamobile.pk.

Time Frame: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase for accessories, and within 3 days of purchase for mobile phones, provided they meet the return conditions listed below.

A product is eligible for return or exchange if:

It is in unused, original condition with all original packaging, protective films, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

The item is physically undamaged and without any scratches, dents, or breakage.

It has no signs of installation or misuse (applicable for accessories like chargers, hands-free, screen protectors, covers, etc.).

For mobile phones, the IMEI must match the invoice and the device should not be activated, Google-locked, or password-protected.

Software or network-related issues are not covered under this return policy but may fall under the respective brandβs warranty policy.

- If a product is found defective within the eligible return period and meets the above conditions, it can be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability) or another product of equal value.

- Refunds are processed only if the product is unavailable for exchange or if a genuine fault is identified on spot.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method (for online payments) or via cash at the branch (for in-store purchases).

- In-store: Same day upon approval
- Online orders: Within 5β7 working days
π Online Order Returns
- For online orders, customers must notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of damage or defect, by providing order details, photos, and a description of the issue via:
